Health Foods" Wasted Money"

Millions of people wasted billions of money for health foods to have a good health,long life and some are to relieve body insecurities.
According to health experts, there are some health based food products that introduced and sale in the market and the concern is not only for good health.And we know that there are many victims of that. Like obese people wanted to loose weight and back to normal having a slim body.
It is illegal to the company who made the unconfirmed claims of composition or nutritional functions to the food products by marking the products " low in fat" or " low in cholesterol and claiming that their products can prevent from obesity.But there are many unproven health claims stayed and made up by misleading marketing.
There are hundreds of product that made for loosing weight, and it safe , effective and cost-effective made by legal companies. I hoped that their products contain no hydrogenated fat and have nutritional advantages. And for those people who are consumer of this products be wise and secure only that can gain a good health.

Internet Services

Electronic mail and chatting are common internet services in the country aside from the web.

Electronic mail (e-mail)

- is the most popular and most frequently used in internet service.It has the same concept as the postal mail where sending messages is done from one computer to another
rather than through postal service and it eliminates delay and other problem associated with physical delivery. There are many different e-mail programs that are available in the internet. An e-mail ad should be provided to make sure that the receiver will received the e-mail sent.

Three main parts of e-mail address:

-The account name- is the name used to log on to your internet accounts.
-The @ sign- used as pointer to separate the username from the domain name.
-domain name- provides the address on the online services.

Chatting

- is a system that lets you communicate with others in a public arena called " chat room " on real time through typed messages and the messages typed are instantly seen by others in the chat room and immediately responds to you. this people wants to meet and communicate to exchange ideas with other people. Example of instant messaging program is Yahoo Messanger.

ADVANTAGE OF CHATTING

-to make one busy
-meet new freinds
-helps one relax
-improves one's interpersonal skills

DISADVANTAGE OF CHATTING

-sexual exploration especially among gay youth (cyber sex provides safer and faster access to pornographic materials.

A great contribution of computer technology in media is an aid for communication. This kind of technology have actually transformed our lives on how we communicate, how we work and learn things even how we play. This technology are essential tools in almost every field of research and applied technology because of their capabilities that every man acquires and understand of what computers are and how they work.Computers as media have a greater affects the function and goals of higher education and because the rapid increase in hardware and software systems.Technology is powerful in terms of media and education because of some advantages of technology. Technology now can create human culture and can influence human.Technology is an aid for media and communication and learning tools as for education.Technologies are changing our lives that can affect media and education.

"HAPAG NG PAG-ASA"

In the movie " Hapag ng Pag-asa" showed the real situation in our community today. That there are many children suffered from what we called poverty. Because poverty many children today are hungry not only in foods but also in terms of education.
In literal view of that canvass, Jesus is the only hope of our children that suffered from poverty. How can we thought that our children is the hope of our nation if they are suffered from disastrous thing happens in this world. How can our children today be a productive one in the near future if they have no education.
We know that education is the only that we can offer to our children today in order that they can cope the situation on the near future.
Even though they are many scholarship that offer in our government and private sectors but it is not enough for eliminating the situations that facing in our children today.
As a future educator and as part of this community this is a big challenge for me on how can I cope the situations happen in the future and as a an agent of transformation as a good one. I hope that there are many people concern in this problem.Help our children be a productive one.
